The Reddit founders Alexis Ohanian and Steve Huffman visited Detroit during their North American Drankkit tour (meetups with Reddit users that coincided with the pair’s meetings with advertising execs).

My co-workers and I headed down to Detroit to hang out and meet the guys behind the social bookmarking service. Off of a huge buy by Conde Nast last year, the Reddit guys footed the bill for our entire group and even bought my grilled cheese sandwich.

They humored me later in the evening with an interview (after I had drinks of Dom and a couple Boddington’s). Too bad my questions weren’t the greatest, but check out what they had to say - Reddit’s thoughts on New Media.

The Thanksgiving Bash 2007 broke records worldwide for being the sweetest party this side of the universe, in the history of creation. What Up!

Who came? Well how about some ghost people, Mr. Miagi, Super Mario, Princess, Eduourd Fontanges, a ninja, a pirate girl, Amy Winehouse, 1/300 Spartans, the Flintstones, Mr. Clean, Jason and Indiana Jones. Sam Jones even made a brief appearance.

Despite the success of this party and the fact that we can never again top such an event, we’re refusing to call it quits. We’re already making plans for the Thanksgiving mind-blowing gala. The wolf, a.k.a. Victor Driggs, turned me on to Flight of the Concords, a pretty hilarious web music video duo, who have come out with “Foux Da Fa Fa.” The song pretty much sums up how the PTC and others sound when they talk to Edster and Chucklers.

Take a look, you might learn some French words that will seduce French girls and Fontanges and Vistcontis.
