Festifools in Ann Arbor is a time to let loose and unleash your wild and wacky side - as much as you can for about an hour on a Sunday surrounded by families and children.

The event includes a parade of crazy giant puppets and drummers and people all marching up and down Main Street. It’s one of the more entertaining celebrations I’ve witnessed in Ann Arbor since moving here.

I called a coworker to come check it out and he told me that a woman behind him said “This is like what America should be like.” I couldn’t agree more.
